Warranty
All products purchased in our store come with a manufacturer's warranty and the legal warranty specified in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CRPL).
Legal Warranty (CRPL)
Term
The consumer may submit a claim for non-conformity of the goods to the terms of the contract within two years from the date of purchase.
How to proceed
The claim must be submitted to the seller within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than two months.
If a defect in the goods is discovered within the first six months after purchase, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of purchase unless the seller proves otherwise. After six months, the consumer must prove that the defect existed in the goods before purchase.
Your rights
In case of a defect, you have the right to request repair of the goods, exchange for a new product, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract and a refund.
Manufacturer's warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, many products come with a manufacturer's warranty, the duration and conditions of which may vary. Detailed information about the manufacturer's warranty can be found in the product description or accompanying documentation.
The manufacturer's warranty does not affect your legal rights arising from the CRPL.

What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material deficiencies.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply if defects arise from improper use, careless handling, mechanical damage, repairs carried out by unauthorized persons, or natural disasters.
How to apply for a warranty

Our specialists will provide you with instructions on how to deliver the item to the warranty service center or send it.

It is mandatory to present a purchase confirmation document (receipt, invoice, delivery note) for warranty claims.
