Delivery methods
To a parcel machine
Items will be delivered to your chosen Omniva or DPD parcel machine. You will receive an SMS with information when the package is ready for pickup.
By courier
Items will be delivered to your specified address. The courier will contact you before delivery.
Delivery within the European Union
Standard delivery
3-7 working days
€9.99 - €19.99 depending on the country and weight
Delivery by courier service to the specified address. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
Free delivery
Delivery is free for orders over €100 within the EU.
Important
All prices include VAT. Additional customs duties and fees do not apply in EU countries.
Order processing time
All orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day (if the item is in stock). Orders placed after the specified time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email address, which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.
Damaged or lost shipment
If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. It is important to document damages upon receipt (if possible, with photos) and inform the courier. We will assist you in resolving the situation.
