Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal (14-day return period)
Term
According to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", you have the right to withdraw from the item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason.
Conditions
- •The item must be unused and undamaged.
- •The item must be in its original and undamaged packaging.
- •You must submit a purchase confirmation document (receipt, invoice).
- •At the time of return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods, such as:
- •Audio or video recordings, or computer programs, if their packaging has been opened.
- •Hygiene products, if their packaging has been opened.
- •Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- •Perishable goods or goods with a soon-to-expire shelf life.
Return process
Fill out the cancellation form
You need to fill out our cancellation form (available on our website or request it from our customer support). This form must be sent to us via email at info@promusic.lv before the 14-day deadline.
Return the item
After sending the cancellation form, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Note: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Refund
We will refund the amount paid for the item, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days from the moment we receive your cancellation form and the item. The refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
Important: We reserve the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods if the item has been used or is not in its original packaging.
Product exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please indicate this on the cancellation form or contact us. The exchange will take place after the application of the cancellation rights procedure.
Complaints about defective goods
If you receive a defective item or it does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will cover the costs of returning or exchanging the goods.
