Sales terms

These sales terms ("Terms") set out the conditions under which ProMusic ("we", "our", "us") sells goods and provides services to you ("you", "buyer") through our online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.

• •All prices on our website are stated in euros (€) including VAT (21%)
• •We strive to provide accurate information about products, but we reserve the right to correct errors.
• •Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
• •We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but orders already placed will be processed at the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Availability: Product availability is updated in real-time. If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Placing an order:

• •An order is considered received when we receive your payment confirmation.
• •We will send you an email confirmation with the order details.
• •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the product is not available or for other reasons.

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order by contacting us before it is shipped. After shipping, you must follow the return policy.

• •Klarna / Sofort (in selected countries)

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely using an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card details.

Risk and ownership: The risk and ownership of the goods transfer to you at the moment of receipt or, if delivery is made by a third party, at the moment the goods are handed over to the delivery service provider.

According to Latvian law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without stating a reason.

Detailed information about warranty conditions is available on our Warranty. All products are subject to a legal warranty (2 years) in accordance with Latvian law.

Our liability for product defects is limited to the terms of the warranty. We are not liable for:

• •Damages caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

Early dispute resolution: We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. Please, Contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

Consumer protection: According to Latvian law, you have the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or other competent authorities.

Applicable law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
